Added a romantic scene in a tent
I think this picture kinda summarizes what to expect of this update:
The story now has an approximate of 10k new words published in January! We are about halfway through the story, too.
I had a lot of thoughts for this devlog, but now that I am writing it after pulling a very long day yesterday to scrape up the update for today... bah. So you'll have to do with my work thoughts here:
It's not that I think my work is bad! However, a year is a long time to work on a project, and when you work on a lot of other projects, too, you just kind of start noticing that you could do better. I know many IFs get cancelled or go on an endless hiatus, but I'm very much going to finish my story. It's been on the drawer since 2015, and I just want it out.
That being said, I am already thinking about what I should write for my next work.
That, and I'm thinking of maybe participating to Global Game Jam at the end of this January with some small piece of work. Maybe related to insomnia. Or religion. Or old faith.
Anyway, enjoy your night together with your romantic option! Enjoy the good things while they last :)

Hello! Are you playing on a browser or have you downloaded the file? Also: what was your choice on your route for showing sexual content in the earlier chapters (choices being "no sexual content", "mentions of sex" or "explicit").

Thank you for letting me know - some further questions, what was the uhh... did you manage to play to the "thank you for playing"-passage at the very end? Or where did the story "end" for you in the file you played in the browser?
yes! i did reach the 'thank you for playing' page for each playthrough but it does seem like the chapter is cut off somehow? i mean, it ended near the beginning of ch 4, specifically after "It's them," Ulrich murmurs breathlessly. "The wolves." page

Not at all! I'm grateful when people let me know there might be bugs or mistakes in the game. And hmm - it does sound like you are somehow playing the previous version? The version 0.48 ends there, but if you are playing version 0.49, you should be able to make it past that point.
The version 0.49 should be the one for browser plays, could you make sure you have the latest version? If that's not it, I'll look into it more!

I've come to report that Ulrich is referred to with "her" on the "I want you" path
Oh dear, thank you for letting me know :D This is apparently what happens when you write four separate romantic paths in the course of 12 hours - I will fix this in the next update!
