Fixed NULL paths on CH 4 and Weylin romance on CH 3

Thank you to the person who posted the NULL path error message in the comments! It was thanks to this that I managed to finally fix broken passages on Weylin's route that caused his romantic scene after visiting Sabina to not trigger. So if you are on Weylin's path and you're looking for more jealousy romance, you, uh, might want to replay that.

I'll keep the technical explanation short but basically I'm using two kinds of variables, where

NameFlag tracks whose route you are on, and

Name tracks your approval with every character.

The first variable takes an "on/off" value, so it doesn't accept numbers, and the second variable only takes numbers.

Guess who mixed these two up? :)

So, uh, anyway, that's why Weylin's romantic scene did not trigger after you had visited Sabina in Chapter 3, and that's why you 

Other things I fixed:

- Ulrich now gets cold in Chapter 3

- You are rightfully curious about how does Ulrich know about your dreams if you are not on his route

- Tala and Sabina actually leave on Weylin's route in Chapter 2, instead of just talking about leaving

- Sabina's romance route is now, in fact, attainable (had to tweak some variables after beta testers gave feedback)
