Added an encounter; fixed typos, phrasings and formatting

Everyone seems to like Weylin a lot... perhaps I'll need to soon make some art of him for you all to see. I am trying to post a devlog with every new update, and post updates pretty frequently here, since I don't keep an active devlog elsewhere...? I do have a Tumblr dev account but I, uh, don't really have a following there so my updates are.... extremely rare. Still, if you draw fanart and post it on Tumblr, please tag me! I'd love to see!

Other additions to this update include:

- Fixed few "villages" to "towns" from earlier in the story

- Fixed formatting on some lines that had blank spaces
